Elope To New Orleans
Some questions to consider...
Are your lives hectic and filled to capacity with no time to plan a big wedding? |
Want to avoid hassles or conflicts with well-meaning family members? |
Would you like to save a great deal of money and still have a meaningful ceremony? |
Is this a second marriage and you just want an intimate affair? |
Or how about a weekend together building unforgettable memories in a fun filled city instead of a few hours in a reception hall? |
Imagine this: When you arrive at MSY (Louis Armstrong International Airport - New Orleans) everything is arranged for the two of you:
Pickup at the airport for transportation to the Parish (County) Offices where you obtain your marriage license. (Be very sure you have all of the needed documentation to obtain the license and waiver, as I am not responsible for failure on your part! (Review the requirements). |
Then on to your romantic Bed & Breakfast accommodation (two nights with a Southern breakfast each morning) near the historic French Quarter or Garden District where there is a bottle of chilled champagne waiting so you can settle in and prepare for - |
An intimate, personal wedding ceremony in the lovely courtyard or splendid parlor including a Bridal Bouquet (your choice of red, white or yellow roses), Groom's Boutonniere, casual photography (24 4x6 prints in Album or 35-40 images on CD), a beautiful certificate and your Keepsake Folio including an audio recording of your wedding. |
A horse drawn carriage ride through the historic and romantic French Quarter with a guide to provide an interesting and informative tour. |
Days and nights of fun and festivities, enjoying the fantastic food, ambiance and terrific Jazz (and other styles) music. |
Now, picture this: The cost for everything (except your air transportation, additional meals and personal expenses) is about $955 weekdays, a little more on weekends and much more for holidays and Mardi Gras. Of course, if you drive to New Orleans and obtain the wedding license on your own (here or elsewhere in Louisiana), the cost will be somewhat less.
If you wish to arrange other ceremony locations (fee and free) or hotel accommodations (historic, moderate priced, or luxury), I would be happy to assist you with your preferences. While we will endeavor to meet immediate needs, the more time in advance we can make the arrangements, the better.
